Jennifer Lopez, Ben Affleck house hunt in NYC’s Upper East Side after buying $60 million mansion

“Jenny From the Block” is looking to live in a new borough. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck were photographed house hunting in New York City over the weekend, nearly one year after buying their $60 million Beverly Hills mansion.

The couple bundled up to check out various townhomes on the Upper East Side, with the singer pairing a striped top and wide-legged jeans with a black trench coat for the outing.

The 51-year-old completed the look with jeans and his signature Nikes.

One of the listings the duo viewed is an apartment boasting six bedrooms on four floors, as well as a rooftop terrace, a garden and a finished basement.

It’s asking $45,000 a month, as The Post’s Jennifer Gould reported exclusively Monday.
