EXCLUSIVE: Kylie Jenner, 26, nears completion on her THIRD home as construction continues at the billionaire's Hidden Hills estate which is 'as complex to build as a hotel'

Construction on Kylie Jenner's third palatial mansion has made significant progress ever since she purchased the empty plot of land for $15 million back in 2020, new exclusive photos obtained by DailyMail.com reveal.

The future home of the billionaire, 26, is located in the celebrity enclave of Hidden Hills and has been photographed in various states of progress since her historic purchase.

Much is still needed to be done before the house is officially a home, but the basic structure of the mansion appears all but complete in these newest photos.

While still in its early stages, the massive home is already shaping up to be the perfect home for reality royalty.

It is reportedly as complex to build as a hotel and appears to require a team of construction workers to get the job done.

In the photos, numerous trucks were seen parked along the dirt road, while piles of wooden boards were arranged all along the home. A forklift was also parked at the bottom of the hill.

The front balcony currently appears to be accessible by a ladder.

The home will be decked out with numerous windows, and skylights appear to be under construction as well.

As far as any landscaping, the property currently appears mostly bare with a small patch of greenery visible and various trees and bushes planted along the edges of the backyard.

Kylie made the record-breaking $15 million purchase on the five acres of land in Hidden Hills in May 2020.

After the off-market, all-cash sale of the property two years ago, design plans were approved for a '12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for a full-time security detail, sports court and a pool.'

Kylie is not the only A-lister to have purchased the property - as Miley Cyrus bought it in 2015. The singer's horses lived there, but she never built a home on it - ultimately selling it three years later.

Over the years, Kylie has owned numerous other homes that she has now sold. At just 17, she bought her first house in 2015, a 4,851-square-foot home in her native Calabasas. She purchased the house for a huge $2.7 million, and sold the home two years later for an eye-popping $3.1 million.
