Pyay Nyein Thu Construction Co., Ltd was founded in March 2008. The currently built and sale projects are “DANATHUKHA Condominium” on Damaryone Road and “7Miles Codominium” on Public Road. In addition, there is a comdominium project on Shwe Hin Thar Road, 6 and half miles, Pyay Road which has not been startd yet.

“DANATHUKHA Condominium is a pair of (2) rooms and 8-storey building including Pent House. Moreover, there is car parking in ground floor and enough car parking available for (16) rooms is provided. The structure design of condominium is used different design unlike other normal design. The foundation of condominium has also been made stronger. There are two types of rooms: Room A-(2316) sqft and Room B-(2253) sqft.

For Safety, CCTV Camera in ground floor and Card system in Lobby as well as security staff are provided. Being included residences with (4) bedrooms, (2) elevators and water purification system can provide the customers’ safisfaction.
