It is known that Golden City Project has been built in Yankin because Yankin is developing township in Yangon at present.
According to the report, UGP Group (Uni Global Power), Singapore Investment Company will be responsible for building Golden City Project. Nature Link Company has been cooperated as local partnership. 300 Million USD has been invested in all Golden City Project.
It is known that the aim of building Golden City Project is that after the political transition in 2010, foreign investments have been increased. At that time, it was registered in 2010 to collaborate by joining together Foreign Investment Company and Local Investment Company and permission from MIC has been obtained and it started in February 2014.
Golden City Project has been built with 33 floors and it is one of the highest condominium projects in Yangon at present. 11 towers have been built on 11 acres of land and 9 towers have been specified for residences and other one tower has been included Hotel, Service Apartment, Shopping Mall, Office Tower and the rest tower has set as office.
According to the tower type, it is divided into 4 types of rooms; (1Bedroom, 2Bedroom, 3Bedroom and 4Bedroom). 1Bedroom starts from the width of 538 square feet. 2Bedroom is from 986 square feet to 1200 square feet. 3Bedroom is from 1200 square feet to 1700 square feet and 4Bedroom is more than 1900 square feet.
Golden City Project Phase1 (4 towers) were sold in March 2014 and 85% has been sold out. Phase 2 (3 towers) were sold in February 2015 and 69% has been sold out. The sales price of Phase 1 is started from 260 USD for 1square feet and Phase 2 is 290~340 USD.

The scenery from Golden City Project are Shwedagon Pagoda and Kandawkyi natonal park on the South, Kabaraye Pagoda and the International Airport on the North, Inya Lake on the West and City View on the East.

It is known that Car Parking System has been set up with international auto parking system. Car parking available for 2000 vehicles is provided for 1400 rooms. The ownership will be implemented accurately for the customers. Moreover, when Condo Law is released, the proportional ownership of land will be provided for the customers.

Golden City Project will be completed in 2016. The customers can settle by 40% payment and they have to pay 3 years consecutive payment by installment.
