The opening ceremony was opened by U Myo Thit (Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation), U Nay Min Thu (Managing Director of iMyanmarHouse.com), U Tin Maung (Chairman of Mandalay Region Real Estate Agents Development Association), U Aung Soe Aye (Director of Naing Group Capital Co., Ltd.) and Daw Aye Aye Latt (Managing Director of Chan Tha Shwe Myay Co., Ltd.). U Nay Min Thu (Managing Director of iMyanmarHouse.com) gave opening speech.

The expo included a lucky draw of SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab 3, Huawei handsets and electric things valued 50 lakhs for the visitors and attendees.
