The Naypyidaw City Development Committee announced on March 18 that the plots of land (80×80) will be sold for the second time at K 250 lakhs.
In the first lucky draw system, 179 people won the ballots and 131 failed to win their lottery, and the remaining 146 plots of land will be drawn lots for the second time. Out of the winners, 88 applicants have proposed to draw lots again and there are 3 additional applicants, with a total of 91.
The 91 buyers who would like to buy plots of land will be sold for the second time on February 20, 2020 and the map of the remaining 146 plots of land and the buyer list are posted on the Naypyidaw City Development Committee's Facebook page and website.
