Meghan Markle’s Former Toronto Home Sells in a Matter of Days

A three-bedroom Toronto home where Meghan Markle lived while dating Prince Harry and filming the TV series “Suits” spent less than a week on the market before finding a buyer.

The two-story Seaton Village home listed for C$1.895 million (US$1.39 million) in late August, and sold within five days for $1.98 million, according to real estate platform Zolo.

The Duchess of Sussex lived in the violet-painted home on Yarmouth Road for about two years, until late 2017, when she moved to Kensington Palace as the fiance and princess-to-be.

Originally from Los Angeles, Markle was living in the rented home in Toronto while filming “Suits,” where she plays paralegal Rachel Zane in a high-powered fictional law firm in New York.

It’s also where she was living over the course of her courtship with Harry, beginning in 2016, when they met on a blind date.

Harry would often come to Toronto once they started dating, and the couple made their first public appearance at the 2017 Invictus Games in the city.

In fact, Harry described his first visit to the Seaton Village house in his 2023 autobiography. “Meg was excited to show me her life, her dogs, her little house, which she adored,” he wrote in “Spare.”

The owner at the time was Canadian fashion stylist Elizabeth Cabral, according to Grazia Daily. Cabral listed the house shortly after Markle left Toronto for London for C$1.39 million and it sold within a short period of time as well.
