City Loft housing sales event was successfully held in collaboration between the developer Yoma Land and iMyanmarHouse.com, Myanmar’s No.1 property website, in the project site (Sales Gallery in Star City housing compound at the end of Thanlyin Bridge No.1, Yangon) from 9 am to 5 pm on 9th & 10th (Sat & Sun) November 2019.
The two-day event hit great sales as selected units were available on special discounts and in simple payments.
“City Loft housing project is being international standard built by YOMA Land, who constructed prominent FMI and Pun Hlaing housings. In the project, 11 towers are being constructed and total units will be 1,351 units. There will be four types of unit; studio type, 1 bedroom type, 2 bedroom type, 3 bedroom type. Floor areas will vary from 312 sqft and 958 sqft.
In the housing compound, facilities such as golf course, swimming pool, playground, gym and garden will be fully included and there are also amenities including Pun Hlaing clinic, dental clinic, spa & body massage, beauty saloon, café and restaurants, wet market, super market, 24-hour store, bank & ATMs, Dulwich International School and bus stop.
