“12th Myanmar’s Biggest Property Expo” was successfully organized and held by iMyanmarHouse.com, Myanmar’s No.1 property website, in Tatmadaw Exhibition Hall, U Wizara road, Yangon on 6th – 8th December 2019.
In the opening ceremony, U Nay Min Thu (Managing Director of iMyanmarHouse.com), Daw Phyu Phyu Thin (Sales Manager of Golden City, Main Sponsor of the expo), U Thura Maung (Director of Retail, AYA Bank), U Htay Aung Kyaw (Head of Smart Secure Consumer Department, KBZ Bank), U Zayar Thein Htut (Business Development Manager of Yoma Bank), and Daw Theint Theint (Deputy General Manager of CB Bank), U Sa Chit San Maung (Deputy Sales Manager of City Loft Project, Dimond Sponsor of the expo), and U Sain Kyu (Senior General Manager of Sae Paing Development, Gold Sponsor of the expo) cut the ribbon and U Nay Min Thu delivered the opening speech. In the expo, AYA Bank, KBZ Bank, YOMA Bank and CB Bank exhibited as official banking partners.
During the three days, the exhibition attracted many visitors as above MMK 20 million valued under-construction & constructed apartments and condos, detached houses, and land plots of more than 50 constructions and developers in Yangon, Pathein, Tuanggyi, Kalaw and Bangkok were available on special discounts, home loans and in installments. Totally over MM1AK 13.7 billion (USD 9 million) valued properties were sold in the exposition.
