AGD Bank to provide construction loans

According to Asia Green Development Bank, AGD Bank will provide Land grantees construction Loans in cooperation with Myanmar Art Construction.

"Currently, only those who own the land can apply for the construction loan that are built with Myanmar Art Construction and we don’t still provide the land grantees who wish to construct on their own”, said U Pyay Soe Htin, Chief Business Officer. AGD Bank and Myanmar Art Construction signed a contract of construction loans during the sale of Real Estate Exhibition of AGD Bank Home Loan Expo organized and hosted by iMyanmarHouse.com, Myanmar’s No.1 property website.

Builders with installment plans will pay 30% of the value of the building. According to the AGD Bank, the applicant can apply with a family income plan and proof of land ownership, and will have the right to build it within three to five weeks if provided full documents.

Every land grantees can apply for the construction loan at Myanmar Art Construction and can borrow loans from 2 to 15 years for a fixed interest rate of 13%.

The houses can be built with the designs of Myanmar Art Construction as well as designs that you like.

Myanmar Art Construction is currently constructing housing units in Hlaing Tharyar, North Dagon and South Dagon townships and will also serve land owners nationwide to build housing units.
