BDS Smart City housing project will be implemented on 183 acres of land at the corner of Shwe Li and Mya Nandar streets, Dagon Myothit (Seikan) township.
The signing ceremony of Concession Agreement between Yangon Region Government and BDS Smart City Co., Ltd was held at the wedding hall of the Region Government, Dagon township, according to reports.
BDS Smart City Project will be divided into 12 sections and will be developed into Affordable Housing, High End residential, Shop Lots, Shop House, School, Hospital, Community Center and Mix development project. The project period will last from 6 to 10 years. The Gross Development Value (GDV) of the entire project is US $ 782.72 million.
In this project, affordable housing with Net Floor Area (NFA) (242,799.52 square meter) which is equivalent to 3,848 units for Yangon Region Government would be built with a cost of $ 182 million.
