The e-Government tender selection and the tender for opening price ceremony was held at the meeting hall of Naypyidaw City Development Committee on January 21, according to Naypyidaw City Development Committee. The tender for e-Government was called for with the budget of Naypyidaw City Development Committee in the fiscal year 2019/2020.
The ceremony was attended by Committee members U Min Thu and U San Naing, U Saw Naing, Permanent Secretary U Myo Aung, Departmental Chiefs, Departmental Heads, e-Government Advisory Board members and representatives and officials from tender companies.
Representatives from eight tender companies explained the process of building Central Control Room, GPS Tracking System, upgrading ArcGIS Software, collecting data and creating database, according to reports.
After that, the tender committee opened and scrutinized the technical proposals. The proposal winners submitted the price proposal and opened it in front of the tender committee. It was reported that the scores of the technical proposals and the price proposal were opened and recorded. They will proportionately be calculated and the winners will be released, according to reports.
