Mandalay Region Investment Committee approved Myanmar citizen investment two hotel services worth nearly K 7,000 million according to the decision by the 1/2020 meeting.
Myanmar citizen investment Lucky International Company will implement the project at No. 551, Aung Nan Avenue, 84 street, 34 and 35 streets, western ward, Chan Aye Thar San township, Mandalay Region. It’s investment will account for k 5.3 billion.
Moreover, Aung Theikhti Win Company will continue to implement with the investment of k 1.6 billion in U Paing No. (86-A), Land No. ( 155, 224), field (3), quarter (6), Pyin Oo Lwin, Mandalay Region.
These projects approved by Myanmar investment law will create about 280 job opportunities.
Mandalay Region Investment Committee approved over 33.6 billion kyats from eight Myanmar citizen and joint ventures in 2019.
