Plasser tamper machines arrive in Myanmar from Japan for the second time on 18 December.
These plasser tamper machines would be used to upgrade Yangon-Mandalay railroad and they were purchased with Japan Loans.
After the upgrade, the travel time will be about 8 hours, according to reports.
