Union Minister for Planning, Finance and Industry U Soe Win visited and inspected factories and industrial training center in Bago Region.
The Union Minister then explained that the merger of Ministries is to be lucrative. At the No.1 Textile factory in Shwedaung township, the Union Minister has called on employees to unite in making an effort to get (Break Even Point-BEP).
It literally means there is neither profit nor loss. The Union Minister discussed the cooperation of two companies is aimed for conducting the works compactly as quickly as possible.
It needs to take the responsibilities regularly as before, also needs to manage factory employees to unite, employees need to try more to increase the income of the factory, to make sure products are in high demand on the market and to make an effort to get ( Break Even Point-BEP ) ( Neither profit nor loss).
The Shwedaung No.1 Textile Factory is a joint-venture with Japanese company Tsuyatomo Co.,ltd in training programmes supported by the JICA for human resource development.
