An industrial zone worth $100 million will be carried out by Golden Myeik Development in Tawhtwek Kyi village, southern Myeik village groups, Myeik district, Tanintharyi region.
The industrial zone will contain fish farming lakes, edible bird’s nests, cold rooms for fish wholesale, ice makers, value-added fish meat layers production industries, resendential infrastructures and water supply and electricity supplying. A new city project will be implemented on 1918 acres of land in Myeik.
It has signed MoU with an enterprise from China and signed a 15-year contract as of 2020. Currently, it has reached an agreement with the Tanintharyi regional government and it is preparing to submit to Pyidaungsu Hlutaw.
