Housing units for rent will be built for those who can’t afford to buy low-cost housings under the auspices of Japan according to the Department Of Urban and Housing.
It will cooperate with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and it will get a yen 200 million loan from JICA.
After taking out the loan, the required housing units are going to be built in the whole regions and states. The department is also preparing to make a plan for the design.
