Sales of Lavender Hill Villa Hit Record of $3 Million at Expo

iMyanmarHouse.com organized an real estate expo of Lavender Hill Villa and the sales hit $2.9 million ( K4 billion).

“Lavender Hill Villa is in Kalaw, Shan State and developed by Golden Hexagon. We iMyanmarHouse.com organized expo at Novotal. We are glad to see the sales hit the record high,” U Nay Min Thu, Managing Director of iMyanmarHouse.com, said.

The expo was held on June 23-24 at Novotal Hotel, Yangon and the project is developed on 3.355 acres of land.

Buyers can choose the land plots with the areas ranging from 400 square feet to 8,000 square feet on which one story or two story houses will be built.

The project is situated in Myin Ye Inn Quarter in Kalaw Township and the developer will build U.S and European style houses.
