Fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo, have officially moved into their new Palm Beach mansion on South Ocean Boulevard after its three-year renovation, saying goodbye to their temporary digs at 313 Dunbar Road.
“The house on Dunbar Road is an absolute gem on the lake — we truly enjoyed living there,” Hilfiger tells Alexa, adding that decorator Martyn Lawrence Bullard “transformed it for us.” The couple bought the Mediterranean-style villa for $21 million in June 2021.
It’s now back on the market for $35.9 million — down from its initial $39.7 million ask.
At 5,047 square feet, the home overlooks the Lake Worth Lagoon, with three bedrooms, four baths and three powder rooms.
Hilfiger told Architectural Digest they did a “clean sweep” in order to “lighten and brighten” the home.
“Living in Palm Beach is a dream,” Hilfiger says, adding that the couple’s favorite eateries include the usual: Le Bilboquet, Sant Ambroeus and Carriage House.

Built in 2006, it features an entry foyer, a formal dining room, an eat-in chef’s kitchen and a living room with a cypress coffered ceiling and coral-stone fireplace.
There’s also a main bedroom suite with a sitting room, dual baths and two lake-facing balconies.
