La Villa Sea View (Ngwe Sung) Single Housing Expo held by iGreen Development and Engineering Group

iGreen Development and Engineering Group held La Villa Sea View (Ngwe Sung) Single Housing Expo on 27th, 28th May 2017 for two days.
“We held this expo for the customers who didn’t get the chance in Lake View La Villa Single Housing Expo. That Expo was available 120 houses sold out,” said U Kyaw Kyaw Naing, managing director of iGreen Development and Engineering Group.
It is known that more than 40 houses of La Villa Sea View (Ngwe Sung) Phase-1 have been sold out and at the present, La Villa Sea View Phase-2 will be sold. La Villa Sea View (Ngwe Sung) single housings will be sold at 15% discount rate during the two Expo days.
Villa Sea View (Ngwe Sung) Single Housing is located on a hill with a height of 70 to 80 feet above sea level in front of Lovers’ Island (Ngwe Sung).
It is noted that Single Housing Phase-2 of La Villa Sea View (Ngwe Sung) will be sold with free interest 3year-loan payment system. The customers have to summit (50) % and house key will be delivered next April 2018.
