1. Diamond Inya Palace Condo
Diamond Inya Palace Condo is situated on U Htun Nyein Road in the northeast part of Inya Lake, Mayangone Township. The project is being built by Mandalay Golden Wing through the guidelines of the Committee for Quality Control of High-rise Building Projects.

The Sakura Tower is located at the opposite of Sule Shangri La. It was jointly built by Japan Architect Nihon Sekki and Konoike Construction in 1999. It is a 20 high-rise building and 12,245 square meters wide.
