It is reportedly known that iMyanmarHouse.com, No.1 property website in Myanmar and Taungyi Business Centre grandly held “Myanmar’s Smart Living Expo including Property, Motor Cars and Commodities (1st time) in Taungyi” on 21st March -2nd April 2017 at Taunggyi Business Center.
The international level Taungyi Business Center is the biggest center not only in Taungyi but also in the whole Shan State. It was opened by Major General Zaya Kyaw Htin Win Min Htun, the Commander of Eastern Command, U Soe Nyunt Lwin, Minister of Planning and Economy of Shan State Government, U Sai Shal Talon, Minister of Finance of Shan State Government.
And then, U Soe Nyunt Lwin, Minister of Planning and Economy of Shan State Government gave opening speech. Moreover, U Nay Min Thu, Managing Director of iMyanmarHouse.com also explained the history of Taungyi Business Center and about that Smart Living Expo.
During the days, Mingalar Mandalay, MKT Construction, iGREEN, Naing Group, Shwe Zabudeik, Golden City, Nay Gabar Myanmar, River Front Garden, Kabaraye Executive Resident, Star City, Kanbae Tower and Diamond Inya Palace introduced their Condos Porjects and car showrooms such as Toyota, Ford showed their new cars designs as well. Besides, others commodities companies also took part in the Expo. KBZ Bank, AYA Bank and CHD Bank also supported in it. There were many visitors with too interests to that Expo.

Moreover, the Expo included lucky draws of a new Toyota Vios 2016 Model car, 4 motorbikes of Honda and Zhineg as the remark of the customer thanksgiving. Ma Yie Mon Thant who bought 3-story Shop House at Taunggyi Business Center was lucky Toyota Car.Moreover, the biggest Graffiti Wall in Shan State which has been drawn in Taunggyi Business Center was opened in that Expo.
It is reported that during the three days, the famous celebrities Aye Myat Thu, M Seng Lu, Awn Seng, Billy La Min Aye entertained and met with the audiences. Moreover, other special programs are literature talks, Shan traditional dances and meeting with players of Shan United Football Club.
