The Central Bank of Myanmar has reduced interest rates on deposit and loans, but the interest rate of the Construction and Housing Development Bank (CHID's) doesn’t change .
The bank's home loan interest rate is only 12%, so it remains unchanged at less than 12.5% reduced by the Central Bank of Myanmar.
