The tender evaluation committee of Yangon City Development Committee has invited the expression of interest (EOI) proposals to Myanmar citizen-owned local companies to build low-cost and affordable housings, according to reports.
The tender evaluation committee of Yangon City Development Committee has invited the expression of interest (EOI) proposals to build low-cost and affordable housings and mix-used development on ten acres of land (individually or jointly owned) near Thardukan station, Ward No. (9+10) between Yangon-Pyay railway and Boyanpyay road, Shwepyi Thar township as well as on 8.856 acres of land, Ward No. 145, Yadanabon Road, Dagon Myothit (South) and on 10 acres and above plots of land (individually or jointly owned or owned by the government).
EOI proposal application forms can be bought during office hours at 8th floor, 10 storeyed Office Building, Engineering Department ( Buildings ), Yangon City Development Committee between 34th street and Municipal street as of March 3, 2020.
The deadline for submitting proposals is 3 March 2020.
