Springsteen has sold his former Rumson home at 36 Bellevue Ave. for $3.2 million, according to a Zillow.com listing.
A notice of contract for the estate to be sold to Peter and Meghann Marturano had been filed with the Monmouth County Clerk, Redbankgreen.com first reported.
