The Ministry Of Construction has released the rules and regulations of the collectively owned buildings on 7 November.These include the four rules.
* To abide by the rules and regulations over the number of floors in constructing a collectively owned building.
* Number of storey and apartment
* Facilities
* The standard of civil technology
There must be a six-storey apartment with at least six rooms in order to be a collectively owned building.
It must include a car parking, a garbage-bin, an office room for the executives, a lift, a postal box and a community space.
A collectively owned building needs to be developed in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Ministry Of Construction.
