Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas are selling their USD $15 million (AUD $21 million) New York estate, according to a new report. Actress Catherine, 49, and her actor husband, 74, bought the estate for USD $11.25 million (AUD $16 million) in 2014, according to the NY Post.
They now to be selling the property Australian cardboard billionaire Anthony Pratt.
Located in Westchester, New York, the expansive home was built in 1895 and sits on 13.28 acres.
Nothing if not hands-on, Catherine personally oversaw extensive renovations at the property.
She shared the progress of each room to social media, and had a heavy hand in the final result.
The home features an incredible eight bedrooms, plenty for the family and guests.
There is no waiting for the bathroom in this house, as the pair have 18 bathrooms to pick from.
Among the luxurious amenities is a modern chef's kitchen where restaurant-quality meals can be cooked up.
For relaxing and unwinding, the couple have their very own spa, as well as two indoor pools.
The home also boasts a private sauna and steam room, where the pair can have a romantic evening kicking back.
There is even a private gym so the pair can keep their famous figures in check.
In June, the couple also placed their sprawling three-acre Bermuda retreat on the market for $10.6 million.
