Diplomat lists Central Park South co-op for $2.5M

The honorary consul of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Mexico, Nadine Karachi-Estrada, and her husband Fernando Estrada, are listing their two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit at 150 Central Park South for $2.49 million.

It is also available as a rental asking $7,995 per month.

The couple bought the 1,211-square-foot Hampshire House pad for $1.12 million in 2010.

Features include herringbone floors throughout, a chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances, a master bedroom and a spa-like ensuite bathroom.

Over the years, the building has housed a roster of star residents including Sophia Loren, Luciano Pavarotti and Frank Sinatra.
