The celebrity pair have owned the California beachfront pad for more than two decades.
Supermodel Cindy Crawford and her tequila mogul husband, Rande Gerber, are parting with their longtime home on the California coast.
The beachfront Malibu spread, which they've owned for more than 20 years, hit the market Friday for $7.49 million.
The four-bedroom house is at the end of a private gated road and is the “perfect house for the Malibu beach lifestyle,” according to the listing with Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency. Mr. Rappaport did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
It has a great room with a sitting area and a fireplace, walls of glass, high ceilings, hardwood floors and a deck.
There’s also a master suite with a fireplace, custom built-ins and French doors that open to another wooden sun deck, according to the listing.
Ms. Crawford, 53, and Mr. Gerber, 57, acquired the spread in 1998 for $1.85 million, property records show.
This isn’t the first adjustment the couple have made to their real estate portfolio in recent years. In 2017, they paid just under $12 million for a 5,386-square-foot, single-story contemporary home in the affluent Trousdale neighborhood in Beverly Hills, Mansion Global previously reported.
Last summer, they sold another Malibu property for $45 million, according to property records. The pair originally listed the four-bedroom beach house in 2016 for $60 million.
And earlier this month, they reportedly spent $4.9 million on a home in a private residential community in La Quinta, California, according to the Los Angeles Times.
A representative for Ms. Crawford, who is considered one of the original supermodels, appearing on magazine covers and runways, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
A representative for Mr. Gerber, a nightlife entrepreneur who co-founded Casamigos tequila with George Clooney, could not immediately be reached. Variety first reported the listing.
