Zayn Malik lists Bel Air mansion boasting mountain views and a hot tub for $3.5 million as he prepares to live in New York with girlfriend Gigi Hadid … He's said to be making a permanent home for himself in New York with supermodel Gigi Hadid.
Now Zayn Malik has listed his sprawling Bel Air pad for a whopping $3,495,000 ahead of the move from the West to the East Coast after two years of living in Los Angeles. The 25-year-old singer previously revealed that he used to graffiti the walls of his home, but it seems the pad has had a makeover ahead of going to market.
A source told The Sun: 'Living in New York has made Zayn happier than he has been for a long time. Now feels the right time to sell his house in the UK because he just doesn't really spent any time there.
'He went to Bradford last month to celebrate the Islamic festival of Eid with Gigi and his family and feels he just wants to stay there when he's back in the UK, instead of being down south.'
Gigi and Zayn split in March before rekindling their romance in June.
Speaking to Vogue magazine, he revealed he spent half a year sleeping on a mattress on the floor of his new pad because he 'liked the way it felt' and enjoyed the sparseness of his surroundings.
Zayn's decision to sell comes amid claims he is also listing his London home as he prepares to move to New York with on/off girlfriend Gigi.
Gigi and Zayn first started dating in 2015 and even appeared on the cover of Vogue together in 2017. And Zayn proved he and girlfriend Gigi are stronger than ever as he gushed about the supermodel in a recent interview with GQ Magazine.
