Jennifer Lopez and boyfriend Alex Rodriguez have been quietly renting a one-bedroom apartment at 15 Central Park West for the past year, Gimme Shelter has learned.
In advance of their lease expiring on Sept. 1, the rental is now up for grabs for $11,500 a month.
The hideaway — one of many crash pads across the country linked to the power couple — is in the elite condo building where A-Rod once lived.
(Though many years ago, reports said he was banned for allegedly bringing home too many hookers.)
The 1,079-square-foot unit they rented has a kitchen with a breakfast bar, a 111-square-foot terrace and a 15-by 15-foot bedroom suite.
(The listing broker, Douglas Elliman’s Tamir Shemesh, declined to comment.)
Earlier this year, J-Rod shelled out $15.3 million for a 4,000-square-foot, three-bedroom apartment at 432 Park Ave.
Sources tell Gimme Shelter that they’ve already been spotted working out at the gym there, and that Rodriguez has been holding meetings in the boardroom.
