Three Companies Are Selected As Preferred Bidder To Implement New Mandalay Resort City
The three companies have been selected as preferred bidder to implement the New Mandalay Resort City project which will be constructed on the 10,000 acres of land in Pyin Oo Lwin Township, according to the Department of Urban and Housing Development.
The Khin Myanmar Development Co., Ltd, Central Irrawaddy Development Co., Ltd and Shwe Taung Development Co., Ltd have been selected as the Preferred Bidder by the Yadanarpon New City Project Supervision Committee to develop Green, Clean and Smart City.
Under the Government’s Supervision Committee, the New Mandalay Resort City (NMR City) project is going to be implemented the project to be able to develop IT, agriculture, economy, health, education as well as hotel and tourism-based city.
The interested companies occupied the skills and capabilities to effectively implement the New Mandalay Resort City project submitted the proposals including market research, investment processes and management operations concerned with the project, depending on the NMR City Concept Plan, according to the Department of Urban and Housing Development.
