Efforts are being made to form National Housing Board to undertake the implementation of public housing projects in all regions and states. The Board will handle project implementation and sales, said Deputy Minister for the Ministry of Construction.
The housing projects will be implemented through the National Housing Board started from 1st October 2019. The Housing Board will be opened at the ground floor of the Department of Urban and Housing Development on Bogyoke Road, according to the information.
The projects will be implemented through the Regional and State Housing Boards and the sales will be undertaken by the Housing Boards, according to the Ministry of Construction.
