Real Estate Market In Early 2018

In Downtown Townships of Yangon, the rental market is more active with economic rents, residential rents. The economic rents are for the reasons in order to operate the business.
Four Dagon Townships
In East Dagon, South Dagon, North Dagon and Dagon Seikkan Townships, the transaction is normal. In North Dagon, the transaction was stable in the previous month but the plots are currently in sales, according to the news from the real estate agents. The plots valued about K70 million and K80 million are in sales. In the rental market, there are investment initiative as well as accommodation rental.
Yankin Township, Bahan Township and South Okalapa Township

In project areas, the current prices are not decreased, however, there are not sellers or buyers. These areas become the places where could not absolutely get the investors’ interest. Although the market in Dagon New City is active again, the market is currently stable.
