A powerful CEO played by Nicole Kidman lives in the penthouse duplex at 200 Amsterdam in “Babygirl” — a new erotic thriller about power and seduction that hits theaters on Christmas Day.

the penthouse — recently to film the second season of “Owning Manhattan,” the hit Netflix series starring Ryan Serhant and his crew of top brokers.

The dwelling is now asking $34.99 million, down from its $38 million ask last year.
