Director and producer J.J. Abrams is selling his adorable abode in Pacific Palisades, CA, for $3,495,000.

The three-bedroom, two-bath gem is sized at almost 1,700 square feet and offers vintage charm for days, as it was built in 1928.

The location is close to the bluffs and Palisades Village, the listing notes. Abrams, who directed “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker,” will make out nicely if he gets close to his asking price for the home he purchased in 2018 for $2.6 million.

It’s not the only home he’s owned in the neighborhood.
