It is the cheapest seaview property in Cornwall and boasts views of St Michael’s Mount, originally a Benedictine chapel. The loo at Long Rock is being auctioned online on Wednesday — with a guide price of just £20,000.
A one-bed flat nearby with no sea view is on sale for £200,000. Katie Semmens, of Clive Emson Land and Property Auctioneers, said: “This is a rare and exciting opportunity.
“Located in a truly spectacular position on the seafront, it boasts stunning views.”
She added: “The toilets may offer a variety of future uses.” In 2018, a buyer paid £73,000 for a toilet block in Newlyn, Cornwall.
Four years later one in Saltash sold for more than £30,000.
