Mauro Porcini, chief design officer for PepsiCo and the 2022 American Prize for Design laureate, just bought a six-bedroom, new-construction modern home in Southampton for $4.69 million — complete with a Barbie-pink-and-baby-blue tennis court.
Porcini worked closely with Mazi Holdings to build the property of his dreams, at 233 N. Magee St.
The main floor of the 6,500-square-foot home is anchored by a light-filled great room with a fireplace and double-height ceilings, along with a dining room and chef’s kitchen.
A finished basement boasts a gym, media room and wine cellar. Design details include a pink chandelier custom-designed by Jacopo Foggini in Italy, set in a living space that overlooks a library with 19-foot-high ceilings.

The property’s 1.84 acres are dotted with a pool, the colorful tennis court and an outdoor kitchen with an Italian pizza oven. Douglas Elliman broker Priscilla Holloway repped both sides of the deal.
