The top 12 costliest houses in India have unique names, jaw-dropping architecture, swanky interiors, world-class services and 7-star amenities and are owned by some of the richest personalities of Asia.

1. Antilia

Situated in one of the most expensive roads in Mumbai, the Altamount Road, Antilia is a 568-foot skyscraper featuring 27 floors.
2. JK House
