A four-bedroom house in affluent Surrey that was once home to a US President could be yours for £2.35million.
The Hoovers' lived at the property in 1902, more than a quarter of a century before Herbert Hoover became the 31st President of the United States of America in 1929.
He explained in his memoir written in 1952 that his 'wife searched out a small country house at Walton-on-Thames'.
He may well have had political aspirations at the time of finding the property, adding that it was 'curiously known as The White House'.
