A lavish property on in New York’s iconic Hamptons region has hit the market for a whopping $46.9 million (US$35 million), and that price tag includes a $1.3 million ($US 1m) TV.
The Southhampton home, which only just completed building in Duck Pond Lane, is owned by developer Yale Fishman, president of Hamptons Luxury Estates.

It comes with an elevator and an indoor movie theatre that seats 12 people, which is in addition to the outdoor million-dollar TV.
There’s also a gym with a Peloton bike and a Peloton treadmill.
The million dollar TV seats 12 around an outdoor firepit. It’s a whopping 5.5m wide, and stands and 2.5m tall.
“It’s hydraulic, and comes out of the ground, like something you see at Universal,” broker Shawn Elliott, of Nest Seekers International told The Post.

As the Hamptons becomes a primary base for many New Yorkers who are leaving the city, it has become increasingly “amenity driven,” according to the local agents.
“It’s more annual, less seasonal and more generational,” Mr Elliott says.
