The 4,714 sqm property contains 23 ensuite guest bedrooms, a seven-bedroom staff quarters and its own restaurant named ‘Mess Hall’ – with five themed bars and a traditional English pub, reports The Sun.
It also boasts a rooftop terrace, sauna, BBQ decks and a spa with four treatment rooms.
Any prospective buyer can also make a grand entrance if they choose — as the top deck contains a helipad with the journey to central London by helicopter taking just 20 minutes.

No Mans Fort – which is located just off the coast of the Isle of Wight — was lavishly refurbished in 2015, with nearly £8 million ($14.5 million) spent on the property as well as nearby Spitbank Fort.
No Mans Fort also lies just minutes away from the Gunwharf Quays shopping centre on the waterfront in Portsmouth.
And this is just a short distance away from the Historic Dock Yard, which contains the HMS Victory, HMS Warrior and Mary Rose museum.

The extraordinary property was built in the 1860s by ex-Prime Minister Lord Palmerston, who built the island to act as a line of defence for Britain.
Mike Clare, the owner of Dreams bed company, marketed the forts for sale last year for a combined £8 million, according to Portsmouth News.

The fort is one of three islands on sale off the coast of Portsmouth, including the Spitbank Fort and Horse Sand Fort.
Each is available to buy individually or as a group of three.
As well as the Forts there are a number of tourist attractions nearby, including the Famous Gunwharf Quays Outlet Centre, a number of restaurants, bars and night clubs.
