But will the new batmobile fit in that garage? While it’s not quite Wayne Manor, superhero Robert Pattinson and his longtime partner, model/singer Suki Waterhouse, are nonetheless upgrading in Los Angeles, where Pattinson has paid millions for a hillside house with a Hollywood history.

Located in a discreet gated community and originally built in the late 1930s, the Spanish Colonial Revival-style home was radically overhauled in the mid-2000s by designer Jeff Lewis, who featured the renovation on his “Flipping Out” Bravo reality TV show.

In 2014, the property was acquired by “Gossip Girl” creator Stephanie Savage, who sold the place four years later to Grammy-winning musician Beck and his then-wife, actress Marissa Ribisi.

Beck and Ribisi divorced in 2021, and she was awarded full ownership of the roughly 2,700-square-foot home. It was Ribisi who sold it to Pattinson for $5.3 million, a hefty $2.2 million more than what the L.A. native and her ex-husband had paid in 2018.

Though the house wasn’t on the market at the time of its most recent transfer, dated listings reveal it is admirably private, invisible behind an impenetrable hedge wall and locked gates. From the street, stairs lead past lush, tree-shaded lawns on their way up to the house, which initially appears larger than it actually is. Mostly single-story and set into a steeply sloped backyard, the majority of the structure’s rooms are located on its upper level.

The lower/basement level is reserved for a small guest bedroom and bathroom, laundry facilities and an attached two-car garage. Inside, a large living room offers a brick fireplace and a vaulted, wood-beamed ceiling. There are dark brown and henna-hued hardwood floors, which flow into the formal dining room, family room and adjacent kitchen, the latter of which sports luxe marble countertops, rich dark wooden cabinetry and top-of-the-line Miele and Viking appliances.

Also on the main level are two ensuite bedrooms, the larger master offering a spacious window-seat and fully modernized bathroom, plus a private covered balcony overlooking the front yard and motorcourt. Out back, the terraced grounds include meandering pathways, more verdant lawns, a concrete patio area with an al fresco dining terrace and outdoor kitchen, an outdoor fireplace and sparkling plunge pool.

Pattinson, 36, rose to worldwide fame through the “Twilight” film series and has since starred in a host of indie films and a handful of more mainstream blockbusters (“Tenet,” “The Batman”).

Waterhouse, 31, has appeared on dozens of magazine covers as a model and walked the runway for Burberry,Balenciaga and Alexander Wang.

On the extended real estate front, Pattinson still owns a smaller house elsewhere in the Hollywood Hills, and he rents a “mysterious flat” somewhere in London. The U.K. native’s first-ever purchased home was a historic Los Feliz estate that is now owned by “Breaking Bad” star Aaron Paul.
