There’s a new A-lister in star-studded Montecito.
Jennifer Aniston has joined Ariana Grande, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Ellen DeGeneres and Rob Lowe by shelling out $14.8 million for Oprah Winfrey’s pad in the tony California town.
The four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Tuscan-style farmhouse sits on 1.03 acres and was just one part of Winfrey’s property. Winfrey, 68, sold the other half of the estate, which comprised of two cottages, to her longtime personal trainer and property manager, Bob Greene, for $2.3 million in August. Spanning 4,320 square feet, the 53-year-old “Friends” star, who also owns a $20.97 million Bel Air mansion, purchased the main residence of the estate under a trust around the same time as well.
Winfrey, the Queen of Daytime TV, quietly purchased the estate in early 2021 for $10.5 million, which means she’s walking away with a $6.5 million profit.

Because the transaction took place in an off-market deal, interior photos of Aniston’s new pad are scarce.
The Mediterranean-style abode features a driveway surrounded by lush landscaping for optimal privacy and panoramic ocean views.
Winfrey still owns a property there, a much larger compound next door to Aniston’s new home. She acquired that home back in 2012 for $30 million. It spans 66 acres and features a 20,000-square-foot mansion. Winfrey has referred to the estate as the “Promised Land.”
