Looks like some slow jams are heading to the Malibu hills. The Grammy-winning artist Seal just scooped up some real estate in Topanga, California in the mountaintops above the oceanside town.
The sing purchased a contemporary four-bedroom abode for a nice sum of $3.4 million, according to Variety.
While the surrounding landscape had recently been scorched by wildfires, the stylish home has stayed in tact. With lovely open-plan spaces, high ceilings, and tons of outdoor lounge areas, it's a great spot for the English singer to host California style. Since the singer also has four children with his ex-wife Heidi Klum, the plethora of bedrooms will be perfect for his large crew of kiddos to settle in. They also will probably love the pool in the backyard, the tennis court on the property, and, best of all, a playground. Read ahead to take a tour of the space for yourself.

"Kiss from a Rose" is a song from Seal's second eponymous album. The song was first released as a single in July 1994 and included in the film The NeverEnding Story III that year.
It was re-released a year later in 1995 as part of the Batman Forever film soundtrack, helping it top the charts in the United States and Australia. It also reached the top 10 in several other countries, including Canada, France, Iceland and Norway. At the 1996 Grammy Awards, it won awards for Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance.
