Actress Song Hye-kyo recently splurged on a lavish building in Seoul with a hefty price of 19.5 billion Won or USD 17.5 million approximately.
As per Korean real estate insiders, Song Hye-Kyo’s new property includes a 7-year-old building with 3 upper floors and basements in Hannamdong, Yongsangu area of Seoul, South Korea.
“It's a beautiful building with a beautiful interior and exterior that was newly built in 2014.
It's located near the hill in Hannamdong and has sufficient future investment value” quoted an entertainment outlet.
This came as surprise to the fans as, unlike other Korean celebs, the ‘Descendants Of The Sun’ actress hasn’t been spotted interested in collecting real estate assets.
However, reportedly, this latest investment is likely done in preparation for Song Hye-kyo’s mother who is nearing her retirement.
Apart from this, Song Hye-kye is also said to own three real estate properties spread across Samseong-dong province which were sold by the actress last year for unknown reasons.
Besides South Korea, Song Hye-kye also has a lavish New York apartment which costs up to $ 1.8 million USD, as per reports.
