Ques : Please explain about your development of Pinewood Villa project?
Ans : I developed first and foremost Pinewood Villa because I am interested in real estate.

Ans : I have already known iMyanmarHouse.com before. The activities of the company are being seen. And I have seen the other project sales events hosted by the company are successful so we trust them and cooperated for the sale of our project.
Ques : Was there any expectation in amount of sales before the sales event?
Ans : Yes, our project includes only 14 villa houses so we didn’t expect much. We just think our business will continue to run if some houses are sold. Just a small expectation. But finally we are so happy because of the sold out situation.
Ques : So, which feedback do you want to give as regards the sold out situation?
Ans : We will join iMyanmarHouse.com for the sale of projects in future. The company is good at marketing and provides great advertising and other best services.
Well, I would like to tell more about the project. While the project was being developed in Kalaw, every work related to the project was assured not to be hazardous and damage the environment and society of Kalaw.
I discussed with my partner. And we made a decision that we would develop the project as one which could give job opportunities to local residents and is also beneficial to others. Then we tried accordingly for our project to be branded as we are young people.
Ques : Are there next projects to develop?
Ans : Yes, there are next similar projects to develop just in Kalaw. Also in other regions.
