Shwe Zawana Condo was built with the purpose to be able to live conveniently to avoid water leak problem in the car parking of some buildings.

Shwe Zawana Condominium is built with 13 floors and 1st and 2nd floor is provided for car parking being different to each other.
There are 4 types of room including Pent House. There will be 3 bedrooms in each room.

Facilities such as Coffee Shop, Gym and Swimming Pool are being provided for the residents as it is a residential only.
