“2016 Real Estate Market and Outlook” talk was organized jointly by Myanmar’s No.1 property website iMyanmarHouse.com and Yangon Region Real Estate Entrepreneurs Association at Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), Min Ye Kyaw Swar Road, Yangon on 7th May 2016 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM. It was successful with over 700 attendees.
According to the ceremony order, firstly U Nay Min Thu (MD of iMyanmarHouse.com) gave opening speech. Then U Sai Khung Noung who is the chairman of Yangon Region Real Estate Entrepreneurs Association said appreciation words to the attendees and the invited journalists as well as explained the purpose of the event.
After that, the invited speakers including U Ko Ko Htwe (Taw Win Centre and Taw Win Family Company), Dr. Maung Maung Aung (advisor - Ministry of Commerce) and U Tin Maung (Mandalay Region Real Estate Agents Development Association) spoke about property tax, condominium law, property price fluctuations records and pre-owned flats. The attendees were treated to foods and beverages.
Finally, the talk was closed successfully with cheering after the questions from the attendees were answered by U Nay Min Thu, U Sai Khung Noung and U Tin Maung.
