Ko Htun Htun Oo said that Moe Taing New Real Estate Agency was founded in the early December 2013. They entered into the real estate field while selling to the apartments they built. They were interested in real estate and hence they established Moe Taing Nwe Real Estate Agency.
Besides, he said that their real estate services had been distributed in everywhere, however, their prior service was in Hlaing Township. As second priority, their services were in Sanchaung and South Okalapa. In addition, constructions had been building in Hlaing and South Okalapa Townships. Current real estate market was in quiet condition.
“The difference between former and current real estate market is that in 2013 and 2014, jobs conditions was in good working conditions but in 2015, as there were changes in the new government system, the real estate market was not convenient. The real estate market was quieter and quieter. Although deals are returned to active conditions, it cannot catch the last year’s result. Foreign investments affect to the real estate world. Rental will be increased.” he said.

He said that if the laws are released, the properties transactions with the foreigners will be better. Being abundant with real estate services is a kind of investing. That is no a good way because the richs bought the properties for rent than those who need really.
